This happens every year in the UK - no biggie really.
I feel sorry for the people affected but this really isn't anything out of the ordinary.
Quoting: BadMoonRising 4583236 really??? No not really, this is worse then the 2007 floods, more areas effected. But all the areas effected are flood plains that people know can flood. It is happening more often and bigger then it used to though.
