I think it was in the 1970's the Gooberment established a committee (Select Committee on Assasinations?) to study the John F Kenedy, the Martin Luther King, and the Robert F Kenedy assinations.

The real purpose of the committee was to identify wittnesses who knew something, and eliminate them.

The purpose of this "Protection Act" is to identify potential whistleblowers by luring them in with fraud, offering "protection" and then they will be "ERASED".

The coroner will identify their cases as "suicide", and the shills in the media will portray the victim as "troubled", and "despondant" over a recent loss.
