Anyway, a real answer would be if you're just doing complete racially is a bit skewed because modern groups of races have probably been assimilated and 'moved' on so to say to different regions of the world so they only ever existed for one time. Currently Americans are the best and we're not a race, neither were the Romans, but they were the best for their era.
