We live in the USA ... you must be proved guilty in trial ... and if found guilty then sentenced to a Just punishment ... we are not mad-men .... even if the man is guilty ... a death sentence for a couple of cheap china dvd players is a bit excessive don't you think MORON? It appears that the Wal-Mart security representatives were insufficiently trained to safely detain shoplifters and your call to wantonly sue Wal-Mart is premature. Any business is acting responsibly in securing their inventory from theft and stealing is a crime the fool resisted and succumbed to untrained personal.

Security should simply take pictures/video and let the POLICE enforce the laws. They are not private individuals protecting private property. Jail them, sue Walmart.
