Possible Nibiru/Second Sun/Planet/HAARP Sighting? (Photo)

Hi everyone. I haven't posted yet on the forums yet but have been a lurker for quite sometime. So, HELLO! :)

While on a hike today through Sooke, on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, we stopped for a rest at this beautiful bluff overlooking the Pacific. Before I took this picture I noticed this "rainbow" to the right of the sun. It was completely vertical. There were also jets in the area giving off their nasty little chemtrails. Additionally, there were two military boats (maybe with only a few men in each boat) that were speeding towards the cove that we were at. They stopped for a few minutes and then continued back in the direction they came from. It seemed quite urgent.

Anyway, I took a picture to get the sun and the rainbow... it turned out quite differently on my camera phone, and was surprised when I saw the definition of a circle within the photo. Maybe it's not the second sun (that I've been dreaming about on a nightly basis) but maybe it's some type of HAARP phenomenon? Maybe someone can help me out with this.
