It's kind of Hypocritical having such a law when most of the Multinationals run by wealthy US investors are outsourcing jobs to cheap Communists Chinese labor. The US workers might wake up and see the problem with this, and how those who once pushed the anti-commie brand might have lied to the masses for their own personal interests hidden behind 'National Security'.
