White is a construct, similar to Brown or Black. It has no real meaning. It doesnt matter about his skin tone, the legend isnt precise nor relevant. What would be interesting would be his tribal ethnicity, his geographic home, and what civilization he came from. All unknown, because the legend doesnt say. And dare I say your certainty of his skin color, whatever that means, shows that is all you care about because you assume you are of the same stock.
