OUT OF CONTROL !!!
Couldn't the rent a cop have just tazed him? Oh, I forgot---that's just for old people, kids, and the handicapped.
Seems like Walmart could afford some sort of shoplifter alert system, such as loud sirens, disturbing flashing lights, weird music, water hoses--- more morans would shop there just for the entertainment.
