If I had an 11 yo daughter and some guy did this to her...going to jail would be his last concern ! I would literally tear him limb from limb...

I would institute the death penalty for this kind of crime !

I would do DNA tests and everything technically possible to ensure we got the right guy, but once his guilt has been established beyond any doubt...death penalty without any possibility of appeal and without any delay in carrying out the sentence !

These animals do not deserve a place in society !
