I hate the fact that I always know the perp is going to be black and they always are! WTF is the matter wtih these fucking animals? Can't we start castrating them on their first offense and be done with it? So much easier and more practical than a prolonged trial, jail sentence (maybe) and then tthey're out doing it again to some other little girl.

Does it make me a racist when I anticipate the perpetrator will be a black man or black youth? Or is that just dealing with reality today??
