i wrote EPOC in bold as it was a vocal point i wanted to get across.

i am thinking it has to do with the floods and i was listening to a local who is maybe in trouble?

it was around 6 minutes or so not 10 was just over reacting and felt like it was 10 minutes.

during the few minutes it was hard to hear much of anything. Like i said i had my ear to the speaker trying to listen they where chatting but was hard to understand i kept losing the signal, I mainly heard one guy speaking and mumbeling but a girls voice did come on and sound like crying, she was upset about somethink.

they may not of said EPOC could of been EPO or anythink BUT i did hear operation for sure.

and the phrase hinan shij? repeated numerous times around 8 times in 2 minutes.
