Britain has already been lashed by heavy rain and flooding Monday November 26,2012 Up to 10,000 homes could be submerged as forecasters warn of more trouble ahead with a band of persistent rain moving across northern England.Anyway, it's all conjecture. I like following up on posts like this, and hope OP comes back We might or might not hear more. But already we've been able to connect some dots with this ice and flooding stuff.
