Looks like some dude set this "school" up in his moms garage. Throws some plastic bags, sand bags and balance beams in it, and calls it a defense training course.

After hitting " home" and watching them show off their skills, thiiiis looks MY type of " fun!!"...I did notice all the guys look like they are roided out..heck even the women look like they are on roids! I do see them using ALOT of Krav Maga here as well as some close combat training and kook sul won.
You can bet one thing is for sure. During a REAL societal breakdown those who are not physically fit just wont make it!! I have spent the last 34 yrs of my life learning several forms of martial arts/ self defense. At 44 I am feeling aches and pains Ive never had, granted I did 10 yrs of TAPOUT sparring. I have slowed down and mainly only train in krav maga.I cant imagine what life would be like for someone who leads a sedentary lifestyle to try to protect their family!! Even more reason to lay off the junk food and get up and burn off some goo today!!

As well as a training facility for bodyguards. They give free training to domestic abuse, stalking victims or any violence victim. Can't be all bad :)

You would be lucky to get me on the second rung of a ladder. lol
