I'm sorry... I don't remember anyone issuing
myself, or anyone else a fixed income bond security
every time investors felt it was necessary to
repurchase them in order to hedge their previous bond
losses from a sub-prime security.

I also don't remember 1,000,000 holding
a higher value than 1. The higher integers
indicate that this value can be distributed amongst
a number of functions, or it can remain
as it it's own highly valued derivative.

So do investors require higher priority in relation
to their relative shares in bonds?
How about the tax-payers? Who have been forced to repurchase
them annually, via a number of tax', only to
be disallowed access to their dividends.

If we're truly "united" Then how about imposing
a dividend policy for all citizens of all sectors
of their respective domestic economies? Or the international economy? Is Malaysia not entitled to the same amount
of capital gains from UN private investments
as Americans? In relation to their population.

Should a child not be issued a basket of
securities when he is born? Make it the business of life,
to discover, and be born with the means to discover
life for one's self, while learning from
his or her guardians, responsible and informed enough
to bear a child to follow in their footsteps, or his or her own in relation to their monetary worth and ability
to explore different sectors of the free-market.
