Arnold 654 seemed a little extreme, perhpas Breif has a reason behind this officers behavoir.
Quoting: Hawk-02 Same as the rest... Not a fan of bad cop behaivor, but i thought the first officer did a decent job controlling his suspect. No need for the other dude to run in assualt and try to esculate the situation. Something tells me Arnold 654 is going on desk duty, if not fired. Doubt it, he's black...they lowered the already low standards to join the force and they'll make an exception for him here too...
