The black cop was completely out of line. That was excessive force and abusive. He should lose his job. The white cop was doing his job and doing it correctly. No extreme force, and trying to talk sense into the kid.

The kid is obviously a dumb ass. You don't resist. If you are innocent you will be on your way.
