I can't even watch these kinds of videos anymore...where's the humanity?

The 2nd officer was so far out of line, his behavior was far beyond unprofessional and he was violent. I can guarantee you there is someone out that has been brutalized by that bastard but is afraid to speak up. He needs to be terminated. We don't want psycho officers that have a chip on their shoulder or something to prove going nuts on people.
