Grapefruit is a great P450 enzyme inhibitor, just like watercress...
Quoting: McBright 913721 People don't get the fact that a inhibitor means that there is no harm!!!! It just prevent P450 to breakdown your medicaments in circulation, not all toxic. If i used antioxidants or A-5 reductase inibitors as a drug prescriptions, clearly there is no drawbacks anyhow, but enhanced teraupetical effects.
