the thing I don't get is, unemployment insurance is 164 billion dollars now, compared to 35 billion in 2005, it's grown 5 times as big because of all the unemployed people, so now they are cutting it.
I think the way it's set up is dumb, if you make 800 dollars a week, you get 700 dollars in unemployment or some such amount, if you make 250 dollars a week, you get 200 a week.
Why are people who make a lot of money, paid a lot of money in Federal and State unemployment? They need to be rewarded for making a lot of money? They should be the people who need LESS money, because they've been making more, had more to save.
