Was not feeling good earlier todapy and took a nap, about the time you posted the op I remeber waking up and thinking I was feeling an earthquake or something. It was enough to wake me up but nothing was shaking, more like swaying, and it made me kind of dizzy. I'm up in VT. Glad you said something, usgs have any data?

Re: ground swaying/shaking in MA? vertigo?
Well, I had awful ringing ears and headache last 2-3 days. Now it's the wobbly effect as I call it..Happens to some of my friends and family at same time.

Seems like first the solar kicks up with the ear ringing, dry mouth, etc..muscle aches, tight tendons, sinus stuff and headaches.

And then the gravity gets wacky and we start to get earthquakes...Does not seem to matter if they are in Far N.Ca..where I live or somewhere else in the world.

Take care, and try not to injure yourself..
