Climb in a sweltering heat offering water to the people The other oddity was I am the only only one carrying a huge millitry back pack but still trying to in courage others to keep up When ever I got to the sumit I all ways found the other hills were a tad higher than the one I was on no mater which hill I climbed Perhaps you are to be a leader. If so, my suggestion, is to focus more on, helping the people help themselves. And learn to delegate responsibilities to others, if possible. This way you won't have to carry, so much of the load (military back pack) by yourself. Remember as much as you probably want to help everyone and as many as possible, you can only do so much. So don't put too much pressure on yourself. |
