I agree. West coast has been experiencing Magnitude 6 and higher since before Thanksgiving now and now whats happening! A "...large scale change..."! Website isn't bs after all!

6 inches isn't too bad, but if it fall all at once, it will be devistating!! We had 3 inches fall within 30 minutes and everything was flooded.

I don't have to worry about surges...I am not near the coast. I am in the North Valley. I will have to watch out for flooding tho..

Oh, cool. My parents lived in Clearlake for a while. They just moved back to the valley about a year ago. Well, not in clearlake, but on Mt. Konocti. Nice area. Except the actual town of Clearlake is tweekerville

Yikes. Crazy weather lately. I've never even heard of some of these terms. Derecho? Ark Storm? This weekend they're saying it'll be partly cloudy with a chance of Armageddon.

The east coast got theirs, now California may get hit too, except an Ark storm can last over 40 days...yikes

on the west coast the risk is from mudslides
