OP, you should be more careful regarding who you listen to. That preacher makes a critical mistake in his analysis of Daniels timeline. He suggests that Daniel prophesied a period of 70 years based upon his understanding of the hebrew word shabua. He suggests that Daniels timeline is only 70 years long, when in fact, it is 490 years long. His error is due to his inability to understand that shabua is either a single week of 7 days or a period of 7 years...not one year as he claims. Please use more discernment...and study the word for yourself as we are commanded to do!

Umm maybe you are right and I missed it, but I watched the video, and don't think he claimed the time line was 70 yrs, but instead as you say 490 yrs. I believe this point was made somewhere around the 30 to 60 min mark... I'm positive it was not 7... He said the end time scenario was 7 yrs long. This would be in reference to the tribulation, with the last 3 1/2 being the great tribulation. Possibly you stopped too soon in the video. OP, you should be more careful regarding who you listen to.
