OP, you should be more careful regarding who you listen to. That preacher makes a critical mistake in his analysis of Daniels timeline. He suggests that Daniel prophesied a period of 70 years based upon his understanding of the hebrew word shabua. He suggests that Daniels timeline is only 70 years long, when in fact, it is 490 years long. His error is due to his inability to understand that shabua is either a single week of 7 days or a period of 7 years...not one year as he claims.

Please use more discernment...and study the word for yourself as we are commanded to do!
