i am new to meditating.my question is after i am done meditatin for 15-30 minutes and when i open my eyes and blink i see a black interwoven circle in both eyes after i blink, about the size of a walnut. this black interwoven circle slowly dissapates after i complete my meditation. what is this? and how can i meditate more effectively?
