Last week Wednesday or Thursday night, around 10 PM, I thought I heard an overflying jet plane, but there was an unusual sound to it, kind of let's say ... science-fiction like. Normally you hear a kind of thunderous noise, but it got my attention because it started off with some very deep, modulating sound. Hard to describe. Then it went to the usual sound you expect to hear from a jet plane, like it was just flying over my area (west of Brussels, Belgium), and then it modulated again into a deep, strong, whining tone. Just a very few seconds, and then it stopped. I don't deny there is a possibility somebody was playing a prank in my neighborhood. Should be possible with some very powerful baffles. Don't know. |
