If she likes Spa/ Pampering products... The VERY HIGH END KIND WITHOUT THE HIGH END PRICE....You can go to Beauticontrol.com and every yr this time they have beautiful prepacked/ pre wrapped Spa baskets and Ive never known a woman not to absolutely LOVE these items. You can also start her Birthday by making her breakfast and then when she geta home from work have her favorite flowers for her, Cook dinner aome pasta and her favorite wine. Buy Michael Buble's latest CD ( wink- wink) and when you get her flowers ask the florist for all of their extra rose petals...you can even call the florist a cpl days in.advance and ask them to keep them for you at pickup then after. Dinner you can draw her a bath and be sure to add 5 or 6 votive or tealight candles around the tub. Drop in the rose petals for her and have it waiting on her...or you can draw a heart with the rose petals on the "made" bed.... Pamper her... make her feel deeply loved and wanted and she WILL reciprocate the feelings! Give her your gift somewhere in between. One year my husband got me diamond earrings and he put them on the bow of a cute little red water filled heart on a stem like the kind you would pick up at a gas station.....LOL.... But it was so shocking to me when he handed it to me and it had a botton on the back you push that plays. A tune. As soon as I looked and saw those sparkling 1 ct. Earrings I was loving it!! I still have that cheap little Rose stemmed heart 12 yrs later just because of the shock factor of him doing something sweet like that. Best of Luck!! Hope her b-day is a good one! |

scorpio66 User ID: 2453057 United States 11/27/2012 03:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | one of my favorite presents that my husband ever gave me was a long, red terry bath robe from victoria's secret. i don't know what your budget is, but at that time, we were young and our kids were young and it seemed like such an extravagant gift. i was really so dazzled and impressed. it was much nicer than any bath robe i would have ever bought myself. loved the bright red color and it was the nice long one so it made getting out of the shower much nicer and warmer and i could wear it around for a bit if i needed to. in fact, it's prob 12? 13? years later now and i STILL have and use the robe every day. which is more than i can say for the husband. ha ha |
eatinmraw User ID: 13951732 United States 11/27/2012 03:34 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | well, from the other posts i can't tell if you want a serious answer, but i've got one so here: Quoting: scorpio66 one of my favorite presents that my husband ever gave me was a long, red terry bath robe from victoria's secret. i don't know what your budget is, but at that time, we were young and our kids were young and it seemed like such an extravagant gift. i was really so dazzled and impressed. it was much nicer than any bath robe i would have ever bought myself. loved the bright red color and it was the nice long one so it made getting out of the shower much nicer and warmer and i could wear it around for a bit if i needed to. in fact, it's prob 12? 13? years later now and i STILL have and use the robe every day. which is more than i can say for the husband. ha ha yes...but if she's a real porker you're gonna have to go to the tent and awning store to get something that size and that shit can get pricey. so if that's the case...go with the bucket of chicken wings. not to spicy if you're thinkin about mounting her later or doggynam style will be totally outta the question. |

Quoting: Micha 20940120 I have no idea what I could give her. Give it a full spa treatment, with makeup, hair dressing, manicure and so one. Basically, give it few hours that she will "forgot" about the baby. Agree with above or organise a babysitter, take her out and spoil her. |

Quoting: Micha 20940120 I have no idea what I could give her. Then I thought - what place could be better to ask for ideas than a conspiracy board full of lunatic lowlife scumbag trolls! So, GLP - bring it on. Oh l, and btw. before you mention it ... Yes, she gets the D. What she probably would appreciate most is a break! So maybe something along the lines of a day spa or similar where she is the center of attention for awhile. Comes in all price ranges, depending on what you get. A second idea is to start by thinking of the five senses, and see if you can come up with an idea for each. Again, something a bit indulgent. For example - touch:bubble bath, taste:chocolate... etc. We become like that to which we are devoted. - Choose wisely. |

The year prior to that, he bought me a much-coveted book that I wanted for my collection......because he knows me.... Give her a gift that tells her that you know her..... That's the one that will thrill her. Last Edited by Dried Up Hag on 11/27/2012 07:50 AM |

The sushi robe from The Cat's PJ's is adorable. 100% cotton made in the USA and washes nicely. About $100.
