Am not familiar with the climate in Japan....what should weather be like there this time of year?

Much of the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido was hit by a strong blizzard on Tuesday (November 27), cutting off power to thousands of homes. Japanese meteorological agency warned residents of the northern island of Hokkaido to prepare for more strong winds, heavy snows and thunderstorms. They said a low atmospheric pressure system triggered a blizzard early Tuesday morning, which also shut down parts of the city of Muroran and threatened the regional capital Sapporo. In the city of Muroran, south of Sapporo, trees and lamp posts collapsed and roofs were blown off in the high winds. "This is scary.. and now my house is leaking," one Muroran resident said after part of his roof was blown off in the blizzard. Local media said power in over 40,000 homes was cut off as residents struggled to get to work in the morning. "Yeah. It happened several times," one Muroran resident told a local reporter after she was asked if she has experience power outage. Chitose International airport and many regional train lines were also closed as the blizzard worsened later in the day. Japan's Meteorological agency warned that the weather was not expected to improve till Wednesday (November 28).

Hokkaido is very cold with a lot of Snow
but normally the Wind is not that strong!

The People there are very well prepared
to survive emergency situations like now!

I've heard that the White Dragons hired

we sale them some Wakayama Beef and
