I was wondering the same thing ... thread is coming up with theories but am still interested to know if the OP did the "bath test" .. would love to know what the result would be!

So do you think the burglar was about to wash up for her but got startled and fled, sounds plausible.

Re: Something strange just happend...
Ok, so this morning at about 6:00 AM I filled my kitchen sink with hot water to wash some stuff up, I left the water in the sink before going to bed (had been up all night). I had roughly 6 hours sleep and had been awake for 2 hours before going down to the kitchen to make my self a drink.

Now the strange part, when I placed my hand into the water in the sink to remove the plug to empty it, I noticed that the water was still very warm wtf

Some things to note.

The kitchen and the whole downstairs is not heated, I heat only my bedroom to save money, so the temperature downstairs is way below 15 degrees Celsius.

The water had been sitting in a thin metal sink exposed to very cold air for around 8 hours, and the water was not very hot to start with, about 40 degrees celsius.

No one else lives here, just myself and I had not been down stairs in that room for over 7 hours.

I thought to myself, THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! That water should have been stone cold like everything else in the kitchen...

masonic code -> 6 (aliens, green aliens, government)
sink - dimensional place
hot - its on
up - get up
water in the sink - dead bodies
up all night - its on underground
2 hours = mad pleadians
down - are you down with this?
kitchen = kill zone
self a drink = MAD (lizards going yip yip)

now and 'some things' = king and simon tull code

15 = federal triangle
40 = purple, royals ... kings and queens and celebs
7 hours = mad egypt

watch now, everything you see is masonic code... I only read the first post here , havent looked at the 5 pages after this.

100% code.

look at the responses for .... number then (hours = mad minutes = fake months and years and number ... masonic live code)

Ok...can't believe I am going to respond and am therefore remaining ac...

Firstly...PINNED? Really?

Second, forgive me if this is just ignorance; but, a PLASTIC kettle? Wouldn't that melt on the stove?

Thirdly, you said it was really cold. Could your body temperature just have been low enough that the comparitively warm water to the ambient temperature in the room seemed warmer than it actually was? Kind if the reverse of how you don't give ice cold water to a person suffering from heat stroke/exhaustion, or pour very hot water on frost bite...?

Also, before going to sleep I had boiled the kettle to make my self a hot drink of chocolate because it was fucking cold last night. The water in the kettle quite obviously was cold and this is a plastic well insulated kettle, and the sink is made of stainless steal a conductor of heat, it should therefore dissipate the heat away from the water and into the surrounding around under the sink where its very cold.

This just does not make any sense, this has never happened before...

I cant say I've noticed anything strange happening in my home like whats happened to the OP, although one of my dogs quite often, when lying peacefully asleep, jumps up from sleeping like she's been electrocuted and then begins barking at a particular place in the room...and I cant see or hear anything that would be upsetting her .....
