Went vegan for a bit in the 70s.
My body hated it.
The first steak back I knew I was back on track.
I'm a strong man.
Intend to stay that way.
And.... I'm an old man.

If you were a big meat eater, you have to stick with it for at least a few months before you feel "normal" . I didn't eat much meat to begin with so stopping altogether was nothing for me. A year was plenty time enough. Vegan is not for everyone, no matter what vegans say. Just a fact. BTW.... your body was designed to be a meat eater. Just look at the canine incisors in the mirror. If you think you've, "evolved," in any way to make you a superior being by not eating meat, think again.
