When the sheep don't learn from past history / Obama & Jim Jones

I stumbled across a documentary last night on Netflix called Witness to Jonestown I looked to see if it had been uploaded to You Tube but I didn't see it anywhere. Ironically the film was originally made by and aired on MSNBC. The more I watched the more it turned my blood cold due to the fact his followers are almost identical to all the present day Obama zombies. Now I'm not saying Obama and his followers are all going to commit mass suicide, but the way the whole situation went down in 1978 is very eerily similar to the fraud what's happening in the US today.

I was six when Jones and his followers all drank the Kool-Aid and I remember bits and pieces of that tragedy from my youth. I recall the TV series they made with Powers Booth as Jim Jones but until last night I never really knew much of the circumstances or the political aspects that surrounded it. First off Jones was a Socialist thru and thru and preached of his Utopian Paradise and that everyone should receive free healthcare and be equally poor or rich. He was able to gain very strong political clout due to being able to provide "AstroTurf" feet on the ground to certain causes his political muscle men needed to picket. They said if they asked for 200 protesters Jones would provide over a thousand at a moment’s notice. He was award the Martin Luther King Jr award for his so called Humanitarian Award efforts even though he routinely beat his followers in church. Starting to sound familiar?

He put pressure on any of his followers if they started to see thru the BS by blackmailing or ridiculing them in front of the whole church. He pressured his followers into signing false affidavits so he could control them thru fear. Many went to the press in San Francisco trying expose him but they refused to run with because they feared political backlash due to Jones ties with Democratic party leaders even though they had smuggled recordings of Jones beating members of his flock, preaching communist revolution and mass suicide. It wasn't until an offbeat magazine I can't recalled the name decide to run with the story did the light of day start to shine on the real devil Jones was.

This was when Jones knowing his house of cards were about to come crashing down pretty much overnight convinced his followers to move to their South America operations in Jonestown so they could all live in their Socialist Utopian Paradise. Of course it wasn't the paradise that been promised by their messiah dictator instead they were indentured servants held against their will by armed guards. We all know the rest of the story when Congressman Leo Ryan visited the camp and the rats started fleeing the sinking ship.

After watching this I'm reminded of today with the whole Obama regime. You have people out there sounding the alarms but a media that refuses to investigate. You have people worshiping a false idol who is nothing but a con man making the same promise of this Utopian Paradise which is just a Trojan Horse in disguise and as they say “History has a way of repeating itself” or “.Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it” pick your cliché.
