It's changed me also .. I no longer listen to talk radio as it's gets me too pissed off thinking how the guy was elected again after the mess we currently have.

Trying to go back to the good ol days when my head was burried in the sand. I been listening to more history stuff on my ipod as of late. I still keep an eye on current events but just dont listen to the spin masters of either side anymore.

I've realized that what ever happens is going to happen. Nothing we can do about it now and no since in getting my blood pressure raised over it.
