READ. Do you people not know what atonement is? Do you not know that Christians do this as well?

Maybe long ago and far away but not in today's downtown Atlanta, they don't.

I've also heard of some in the Philippines who crucify themselves for Easter.

That also would not be allowed nor accepted today in major U. S. cities.

I live in Atlanta. That wasn't in "downtown" Atlanta.

It was obviously at some church, and a private event.

Also, as others have mentioned, the people who do this are a specific, minority of extremists that align within the Muslim religion.

I've seen MANY christian cults, who do CRAZY things, but nobody makes a thread about it here, denouncing all christians.

Your right.

A Pentecostal snake handler died just this year doing wackadoodle things.
 Quoting: Merci

And no body made a thread denouncing all muslims about this either, just the ones doing this and in particular the ones slicing open the scalps of babies.

These are in every major city in the world and not isolated incidents such as snake handlers are.

But yeah, if I ran across something on the snake handler that was current, I would probably make a thread about that as well. But I never saw anything about one putting the snakes on a baby the way these crazy sh*ts are doing.
One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one.

Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway.

Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy
