Saw it too here on Direct TV in Franklin County Ohio.
It was a green banner scrolling across top of TV with white letters.
Quoting: El Quisqueyano Im in Darke county. Did anyone notice the alert itself?!! VERY ODD. Its in a whole new weirdformat.... very militarized! "Darke county" is that like compton ? Blahahahaha.......NOT!! More like BFE..
