Are we going off the idea that people believe the weather reports are false and this is in fact a GIGANTIC ARKSTORM OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM......or is it more like whats projected. 6-8'' in the Sac Valley. Shasta and Plumas Counties both expected to get hit with 12-18", but its mostly forest that badly needs the water. It's just a normal sized AR....localized flooding at the worst. Unless the ptb decide to park it and then feed it more and more fuel. Lets hope not.
