Very strange, an Emergeny Warning (Test) was on TNT channel. It was specifically for Los Angeles county? I live in Tx but I've never heard a Warning Test for a specific county?

weird, I live 45 minutes outside of los angeles and according to the 5 day forecast the highest % chance of rain is thursday at 30%. the other days are 10 and 20 %

no warnings here in Cali yet

the news is being really causal about it.
the weather graphs are predicting about 3-5 in of rain an hour in l.a. for wednesday till next monday.
funny that the news isn't saying much about it.
