Three years so far, but it feels like we just met 3 weeks ago. I think alot of people get bored sexually because they stop taking care of themselves, don't make the effort to please the other, forget the element of surprise and occasional spontanious activities. If you touch a spot long enough it will become insensitive or not enjoy that touch as much. Sex is a basic need and if you're just with one person it helps to give yourself to them emotionally and physically in a variety of ways.

However i believe that in every aspect of a relationship the point is to never stop asking yourself how to please the other. That is why it is important to know yourself, and know that the other person is deserving of that attitude. To form a true bond so that when you think that way it isnt abused.
