I agree, OP. I don't think there is a planet X. Simply because nobody can verify anything about it. All debunked.

BUT, the maya's ? Different story all together IMO. Firstly they don't talk about Nibiru at all. They talk about the dark rift (=the galactic centre).


Nobody can debunk the fact that we are headed for it, and the nature of what's in the centre. A fact blatenly ignored. I think a big mistake, but who knows ? Maybe they just made it up 1500 years ago, and now as by pure chance what they made up is being played out in space, which they never had a clue about ? I think not...

Still, I believe OP has made an interesting point, that is don't just believe everything you see and read, but be aware of little parts of the truth in between the lines.

Fact that the mayans knew about the existence of it, and knew the way we cross it every 13000 years (one complete cycle every 26000), is proof of it's own they weren't full of shit. It's right in front of us.

I think you'd be referring to the Sumerian tales ? The Mayas mention more then one body flying by, could be also nibiru, but all as having happened in their past. Their BIG party would be the allignment with the dark rift,which would be the cause of great changes on the earth (like EQ's, Floods,superstorms, and offcours the geo and magnetic pole shifts.

You should go ahead and add Tyson to the LONG list of people who will be wrong about Planet X.

The ironic thing is he probably knows the truth, that it is real, but has been a willing participant in the cover up.

Who is going to be listening to him or any of the other debunkers afer NASA announces Planet X is real? No one!

They can slink away and delete their posts and websites debunking ZetaTalk and Planet X and hope no one remembers which side of the debate they were on.

Will they learn from their mistake, all those who have posted all over the internet that Planet X is not real? I hope so; at least their soul can learn from this.

Indeed. They all must have come from something. They didn't just make them up.

If imagining an apocalypse happening now, and about 500000 survivors scattered around the globe, say 50 years after that, all our technology would be gone, and what's left would be degraded like hell. It would be Mad Max for survival.

10000 years after that, humans then would also only see stone relycs and stories which would seem to them as unplausible.
