No Constitutional Amendment passed after that are legal or binding to the people of the US. The 13th ( new) 14th, 15th , 16th never had a seated quorum to legally be passed.

In 1878 The " Federal Government" removed itself as the government of the United Stares by Incorporating into a private entity. All laws passed then only affect the internal running of this Corporation.
