Winning Powerball numbers: (3)(17)(18)(33)(38) PB (5)... | |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 28658016 11/28/2012 06:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | the PB #5 has been drawn 7 times since the beginning of 2011 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28658016 #3 has been 10 times 17, 6 times 18, 6 times 33, 6 times 38, 6 times deal with those totals bitches!!! Are those a little or a lot compared with other timeframes? Thinking at a really general level, it seems like they should be closer to 4 each. Almost 2 years and only a couple hundred draws is a relatively small sample set for a big set of numbers to be chosen from. Gotta say the 6666 business is a little weird! Didn't dump and sort any further back the heavy hitter was/is #41 @ 25 times...next is a tie between 56-59 @ 24 times each on the other end is 25 @ 8 times, followed by 2 & 37 @ 11 times each |

Maybe those balls have different density patterns but weigh normal in the ball set they were using. Thats funny that you chose that date range because right before 2011, they switched ball sets and only just replaced them 21days ago. Were any of your high drawn numbers drawn after 11/07/12? |

I am going to guess that ball set #33 was faulty to produce those numbers. All they said on 11/7 was that the new whiteball sets starting at #34 were in play and old ball sets were retired. On 12/04/10, they only retired one ball set and brought in a new one (33). Before and since, they usually retire all ball sets at the same time. #33 was the only time they only replaced one set of balls. I smell a powerball scandal! |

Maybe make it a little later for west coasters and closer to the drawing time so we dont affect any pre draw test runs they do. How about 10pm EST? I would say right before the drawing but east coasters might not stay up to watch it. Im in the East Coast-NYC. Bought/played the numbers OP posted. I also played OPs numbers with a different PB number, like it was explained by OP. I also played the numbers from the fortune cookies article-heck why not? All in all I bought/played 7 tickets-$14. I will be up to check my numbers tonight!! Thanks again OP! ![]() ![]() |

| Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 19612400 11/28/2012 07:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It figures I'm in a state that doesn't have Powerball. I'd have to drive about 4 hours to buy tickets. Oh well. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25494099 You would spend a lot more in gas than the ticket so no loss. If this works, then yes loss....but the odds are the odds unless we have enough people thinking of the same numbers. I am hopeful we do :-) |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 612301 11/28/2012 07:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ..if hundreds or thousands play these numbers. Lets call this a Mass Consciousness experiment. It has happened in the past where many people played the same numbers and won. Once from a fortune cookie and also on the first anniversary of 9/11 in NY (with the numbers 9-1-1). It is real and yes it will be a much smaller take home jackpot for everyone but you will still win something and moreso, you will be a part of history in proving the currently unknown. It will cost you 2 dollars (possibly 4 if you want to buy another ticket with a different powerball to be guaranteed 1 million). Let's do it and be a part of history!!! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19612400 3-17-18-33-38 PB 5 [link to www.washingtonpost.com] btw..the fortune cookie winners would have only won a little more if the fortune cookie had 6 numbers that hit and all winners had to share a jackpot - it only had 5 on the fortune, which everyone got and therefore got the guaranteed payout of 100k. In mass number play, it might be safer to only play the first 5 and pick a random powerball. In today's game, that's a cool million. If anything else, it would be worth a second ticket with just the first five. There are maybe 5000 people viewing glp threads on a given day, that is a drop in the bucket compared to millions in the world who think they got the right lucky numbers... cant cheat the matrix...the matrix is perfect ![]() |

The up side is that many more people are on board and viewing this thread because this drawing is so high profile. I can live on that for at least 5 years with the lifestyle I envision. I am seriously buying a ticket with the first five numbers so I can at least get a million if hundreds have to share the jackpot. Mods...I know this is a less than informative thread but it really is an experiment...This only works if hundreds or thousands see it. If you pinned it, it would at least have a chance! Plus..it would be an easy, immediate unpin tommorrow night (or superpin with MSM and the world up in here everywhere if enough people make the numbers hit) :) PIN Please! |
