It's ok as we have all been there once or twice in our lives. You out of shape by chance? If so go start lifting weights and doing cardio, once you get broken into the routine again then get some boxing lessons or learn a martial arts of your choosing.

Doing these things builds confidence and it raises your testosterone levels which gives you more motivation to talk to that attractive girl next time.
