so, take any digit and divide it into two numbers that add up to it...

for example: 7 would be 70 or 07 or 16 or 61 or 25 or 52 or 43 or 34.

Now multiply all the combinations of one of those double digits as follows:

Example:
7 = 6 + 1

Therefore....
61 x 61 = 3721
16 x 16 = 256
61 x 16 = 976
16 x 61 = 976

Now add up the sums:

3721 + 256 + 976 + 976 = 5929

The square root of 5929 = 77

This works for possible combination...

Use 25/52 and you end with 77 squared.
34/43 gets 77 squared...
07 and 70 gets 77 squared... and so on...

But it also does it for every single number too:

5 (05,50,14,41,23,32) gets 55 squared...
3 (12,21,03,30) gets 33 squared...
9 (and all its combos) gets 99 squared and so on...
...for every number...

It's interesting that numbers mirror like that.
