Lottery Winnings = a recipe for disaster

here's my attitude about the lottery, if you earn less than $ 100,000 a year, and you hit the lottery, you should only get $ 5,000 a month, thats $ 60,000 a year from your "winnings" by law.

and after 5 years, it goes up to $ 100,000 a year, 5 years later then you get $120,000 a year etc. a program that gets you progressively used to managing large amounts of money.

since wealth is so far foreign to them, that they can't control themselves, or their behavior after winning the lottery.


and if there is proof that they are not using the money to improve their economic class and lifestyle... and they're still living in the ghetto after 1 year of winning the lottery...

even those payments gets cut off, and their winnings are cancelled.


you buy dope with the money, the lottery payments should get cut off.

The Government runs the lottery, the Government should be responsible for the funds.


people have been disqualified from lottery winnings before.

and if the government decides enough is enough with deregulation on the usage of the money,

and you dont like that...

tough !

$60,000 a year, is the cut-off line, where, what you have, is no worse in quality, than what a millionaire has, its just that the millionaire has more...

if you can't improve your life with $60,000 a year, you can't improve it with

If you dont want to use the money to improve your life and get out of the ghetto, and set yourself up for life...

the money should go to somebody who does need it, send it to social security, those people desperately need the money.





Rent-a-Girlfriend = you'll lose them, soon as you're broke, or arrested.

Lamborghinis = you'll lose it, one way or another, soon as you're broke.
A Mansion = you'll lose it, soon as you're broke
Dope = you'll lose it either when ya OD and die, or when you're broke, or arrested.

A yacht = you'll lose it, soon as you're broke.


You're not rich, period.
the money is limited, and it can't be replaced.



The best way to spend RICH money, is to GET rich WITH IT.


The best way to spend a limited fortune, is to get an Education and start a business , that keeps you up.

its time that the government stopped funding spending binges on things that they're going to lose, soon as they're out of the money they won.
