If someone can pay $50,000 a month rent he obviously isn't just making $250,000 a year, but rather a $15 million CEO-type salary.

If you want to talk about redistribution of wealth, let's talk about the taxpayer money that went into bailout funds for the banks...

The people who rent these apartments will be dining in local restaurants, making purchases in local stores, hiring decorators and painters. They will make a financial impact on the area. Plus this is in New York so there is also a chance that the rentors are the wealthy from China, UAE and other countries. As a rental property owner, I only wish I owned those properties! If you want all that get off your ass and go start your own company like alot of us did. We didn't just magically get a company you fucking mental midget! I worked 7 years with no health insurance no vacations and no "them" to pay me... Then I finally got my business running when I was 3 months behind on my mortgage... Yeah I turned it into a $40 million business in just 12 short years and sold it! Anyone can do it but you have to make the sacrifice first! Fuck all you people who whine because you have no health care and don't get paid vacations and bonuses for a job you are already PAID to do! If you want a bonus start your own business! No risk no reward that is the way it works! Don't like it move to Europe!
