Behind the scenes, God controlled the return of the jews to the land. Behind the scenes, He had controlled their dispersions from the land, and each time, He controlled the earthly powers to bring them back, exactly as the Scriptures had foretold. And He is in control behind the scenes now of allowing an evil ruler of the most powerful nation on earth to manipulate the so called Arab Spring, so that all the muslim lands described in Psalm 83 will form a coalition against Israel. The United Nations, obama and the other powers behind them are allowed limited control only as God arranges it. He establishes them in power, and He will take them down in His time.
