Are there any anti-war United Methodist Churches east of Harrisburg, PA??
Hi gang - I was wondering if anyone knew of any United Methodist Churches that do not preach the compromised message of Jesus Christ which has been infiltrated with the heavy doctrine of materialism, militarism, and patriotism.

They do not have to be anti-war per se, but their message should not include the deceptions and false doctrines mentioned above.

I know it is a long shot, but thought I would ask.

I'm east of Harrisburg and have been active in a small Methodist Church for many years.
I can honestly state that I've never heard any "pro war" message from our pulpit, but I will also admit that I've become too comfortable.
My wife and I are planning to attend the Lancaster County Bible Church in the near future, I have friends/family who have really enjoyed the services/preaching at this Church.
As with any Church, they all have their short comings....thus there is no perfect Church but I do understand your point of view.
