Hahaha.. I'd buy a bulletproof submarine and anchor it out in the middle of the ocean where I'd be safe no matter what happens.

I would hope that if a prepper won that much money, they would spend it all on supplies an arms for their whole community

I would pay off my debt, and my families debt; buy a house for me and one for my brother (he is getting married next year); the rest I would help out the animal shelters in my area and build a home for unwed, teenage mothers and pregnant unmarried women.
I would also help out homeless veterans; pay medical bills for some needy families of veterans; donate to the Russ Martin Listeners Foundation wherein all proceeds go to help the families of fallen police and fire fighters.
