The way he handled it was good and that's something he can be proud of but praising the legal system for doing something legal is hardly a victory for the Constitution.
The reporters knew their rights and the act of asserting those rights is called LIBERTY. If we have to have a ticker tape parade everytime somone's Liberty is upheld by a law official, then something is seriously fucked up.
