In this case, the airport manager wanted Jones' people to go through the same steps anyone else from any other business to go through.

Jones' website is a business.

You don't see other businesses with representatives handing out literature in an airport.

You don't see McDonalds or Macy's or Walmart handing out advertising brochures in an airport.

Sad to say, the deputy in the video is no longer employed.

I called the Sherrif's office and gave Kudo's to this Deputy for his knowledge of the law and how he handled the Airport "authority" dude.
