WTF?? Guy who's house was robbed by teens gets charged for 2nd degree murder for wasting the 2 punks in his house.

This was murder.
I am all about protecting your castle with lethal force, but this was downright passion murder.
His house has been broken into many times before and took it out on these kids.
Now if he shot them once and they died, then that is lethal force that was unprecedented and not murder.
However, since the home owner shot the boy multiple times, executed him, then waited for the female cousin to come down the steps, shoot her multiple times and then finish her off with a bullet from her chin upwards to top of her head, then that is cold calculated murder.
In addition, with the phrase he was quote in saying: I wanted them dead.
Well...............
Not rocket science guys.

If a cop waste two people it covered up and protected by the badge/gun cult. Government has claimed a monopoly on all violence.

My home was broken into and trashed about 18 years ago. I am normally a very docile person, never physically hurt another individual in my life, but I was so caught up in the anger for about three weeks I dreamed of sitting in a corner and hoping for them to break in again so I could fill them full of bullets.

Fortunately the rage passed, but I do stand ready to protect my home. The article said his home had been broken into several times before......... perhaps he was not able to get rid of the rage from previous breakins.

I could never say for certain how I would react, but basically I just want them out of my house. The problem is, to warn them to get out could just give away your location and set you up to get shot.

To injure the individual could result in a lawsuit. They could say anything and it would be their word against yours.

Yeah possible for sure. Could have been trying to rape the girl and she was shot first. Boyfriend may have come to try and rescue her. The guy broke the window after the fact to try and weasel his way out of the crime. lot unanswered for sure.

Maybe this wasnt a home invasion...We only knew his part of story cause he shot both of them dead.Maybe he killed both of them to prevent them speak out later?Who knows...
